We are searching for candidates for ourSupply Chain Development Program to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
Your Role:
We are currently seeking Supply Chain Development Program candidates with bachelor’s degrees in operations, supply chain, or related business fields. Individuals in this role will be provided with a broad foundation of training and experience aimed at developing the technical, professional, and leadership skills necessary for rapid advancement in one of the world’s most well-known and respected consumer products companies. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You will have the opportunity to:
Have multiple rotational assignments, with each aimed at developing functional expertise and business acumen as well as providing participants with broad exposure to a variety of supply chain functions.
Work alongside seasoned Supply Chain leaders and gain hands-on, real-world experience in transportation planning, deployment planning, customer service, and more.
Participate in activities to support inventory balancing, resolving inventory and deployment exceptions, and order fulfillment.
Gain experience with load planning, truck utilization, freight payment activities, carrier assignments, and tendering loads.
Contribute to processing customer orders and inquiries, reviewing orders for lead time and product availability, and creating key account reporting for Sales and Marketing collaboration.
Drive continuous improvement projects during each rotation.

Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or related business field.
Well-developed interpersonal communication and collaboration skills (written and oral).
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset.
Icing on the cake:
Previous internship, co-op, or work experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience working in various planning systems such as JDA, SAP, SAP BO, SAP BW, or Logility.
Intermediate to advanced capability with data analytic and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
