TikTok Symphony is a suite of generative AI creative solutions designed to empower the world to create meaningful content at scale. We are seeking Product Managers to lead the development of image generation capabilities, focusing on optimizing ad delivery efficiency and unlocking brand potential through innovative image ads.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Image Ads, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept through post-launch optimization.- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, product marketing, operations, and data science teams to deliver high-quality, impactful image ad products.- Conduct market research with creator agencies and SaaS platforms to identify needs and opportunities for innovative image ad solutions.- Define detailed product specifications and requirements, balancing customer needs and trade-offs to make data-driven decisions.- Optimize ad delivery systems by leveraging GenAI and strategic adjustments to improve overall efficiency and achieve long-term revenue targets.- Establish key success metrics and collaborate with data teams to continuously evaluate and improve product performance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated track record of leading products through the software development lifecycle (Note: This does not include total years of experience).- Experience building recommendation systems, machine learning or Generative AI tools.- Experience building ad tech products is a must.- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Highly analytical, with strong organizational and communication skills in global, cross-functional environments.- Fast learner with sound judgment, original thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:- Expertise in ad tech, creative platforms, or creator tools, with a focus on image generation and delivery.- Proficiency in Mandarin for product launches and communication with global stakeholders.- Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or dynamic industries.
