Key Responsibilities:Client Portfolio Management:
Oversee a diverse portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to each client.Insurance Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough reviews of client insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and prepare competitive quotes to ensure optimal protection.Claims Support:
Assist clients throughout the claims process, providing guidance and ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution to their claims.Industry Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and insurance products to offer clients knowledgeable and relevant advice.Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.Requirements:
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a solid understanding of various coverage types and policy nuances.Licensing:
Active state insurance license in Property & Casualty.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Detail Orientation:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.Customer-Centric Mindset:
A genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service.Team Player:
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.Technical Proficiency:
