What this job involves -
This position is a key leader on the Account core team who is responsible for ensuring quality delivery of Facility Management Operations. This individual will ensure all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational up time, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction initiatives, and service improvements and introduction of best practices and innovations. This client and customer facing position requires excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and employee management skills - across multiple states.

Deliver on regional/site/SBG operational budgets, including delivering contractual savings targets, measured by achieving annual budget targets, and monthly/quarterly budget adherence targets as prescribedEnsure understanding of contract requirements across the organizationEngage with individual sites to drive savings initiatives and keep savings tracker updated with all proper documentationDrive Energy savings and accurate energy data through PEERs, leveraging site teamsCompliance

10+ years Facility Management experience, with manufacturing space, office space, portfolio / Campus environments, and owned & leased propertiesYears of relevant experience (Preferred)
6+ years in Sr. Facilities Management or comparable roleSkills and knowledge (Minimum Required)

Applicant will be in either Nashville, TN; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; or Chicago, IL for consideration.While the position is primarily remote, a strong preference to an applicant that can be in the office at one of our client sites in the markets mentioned above, a few times a month and must be able to travel to other locations in and out of state.Estimated total compensation for this position:
107,800.00 - 156,300.00 USD per year
