Lead the development of content and personalization strategies to generate high quality leads from websites to drive growth. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of these tailored experiences that leverage JCI's website and chatbot technologies from first impression on the website through the handoff to Pardot/Eloqua and Salesforce. You will create both rules-based and GenAI experiences that meet customers where they are in the buying journey and connect them to the right place, whether that is content on the website, directly to inside sales or into a marketing automation nurture campaign.
This role will leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, provide insightful reporting and continuously optimize digital strategies to maximize efficacy and results. This work will lead to a measurement operating model that will be used across channels: websites, social, chatbot, etc. By integrating innovative technology and data-driven insights, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the JCI online presence and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
How you will do it:
Collaborate with cross-functional and business teams to proactively develop personalization campaigns.Plan, implement and monitor personalization campaigns that will span Johnson Controls' channels.Oversee web lead routing and proactively update flows to ensure inquiries move efficiently from chatbot and web forms to the right place/person.Track, analyze and report on visitor behavior for Johnson Controls' global websites using tools like GA4, SEMrush, Hotjar and techniques like A/B testing to provide actionable insights and make recommendations for priority actions.Communicate learnings and results to our global marketing community to educate and elevate the digital marketing function.Manage vendor partners that serve as an extension of Johnson Controls' teams, including the resources for user experience, user testing/validation, content creation, content publishing, tagging, analytics and SEO.Create and maintain detailed project plans, that include milestones, risks, dependencies, assignments, deliverables, etc. and own regular reporting for personalization projects.Monitor the progress of project components to ensure the overall goals, schedules and benefits will be achieved.Own the creation of a measurement operating model that will feed executive dashboards that provide regular snapshots of project status.Ensure projects are organized and executed in a manner consistent with Johnson Controls' standards.Deliver the projects on schedule, on budget and per the specification.Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years related experience in managing large, global, digital projects.Bachelor's DegreeAble to read HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript; and speak the language of developers.Experience using enterprise-class digital marketing tools like Sitecore, Eloqua, etc.Highly organized, detailed-oriented and strong planning, execution and time management skills.Positive energy, growth mindset, with a bias for win-win outcomes including a strong ability to empathize and look at problems from many angles.Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities with diplomatic rigor.A proven ability to think internationally with the skill to adapt and flex the message and deliver accordingly,Passion for leading projects and implementing change.
This is a hybrid role based at our Glendale, WI office. Preference is to be in the the office 2 days per week.
