About the teamSince launching globally in 2016, advertising in short-form video has evolved immensely and so has TikTok's monetization platform. As TikTok's revenue has grown exponentially, go-to-market teams have adapted faster than systems can be built and are now challenged with unlocking strategic insights to continue to grow the business.
To solve this, TikTok has built an in-house CRM that spans the entire sales journey from lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-revenue, and customer success that allows us to deeply understand the goals of our advertiser and agencies while empowering our sales teams to have strategic collaboration with clients.
As the Product Manager on the Ads CRM team, you will spearhead solutions in conjunction with global sales teams, strategy, and operations to maximize the potential of TikTok's in-house CRM, driving business outcomes and supporting global business needs.
Responsibilities- Owner of the success of the CRM and other internal inhouse system applications- Build a roadmap and provide feature development recommendations through data-driven analysis and user insights- Provide a strong point of view as a consultant to business partners to affect process optimization and policy decisions- Drive the development of innovative solutions and influence a wide breadth of key decision makers, cross-functional partners, and engineering to achieve business output- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, introducing concepts and roadmaps to key decision makers and senior management to address their business issues and needs- Earn the trust of engineering teams through a strong technical acumen, detailed PRDs that clearly articulate decision making, and data-driven analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience- Experience building highly technical and complex solutions in a startup or for CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Microsoft Dynamics- Ownership: Strong sense of ownership and initiative with a track record of pushing teams to drive projects that result in tangible business outcomes at scale- Technical: Expert in system architecture design, data modeling, and technical product documentation. Consistently make data-driven decisions to influence technical and business partners- Collaboration: You have exceptional skills in stakeholder management and have demonstrated success in collaboration with multiple cross-functional and global teams to launch products.- User Focus: Prioritizing business users with a relentless commitment to user needs and experience
Preferred Qualifications- Extensive experience with ad platforms or the media industry- Built scalable solutions for consumption based pricing models and product led growth organizations- Deep sales domain experience in Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Revenue, or Customer Success platforms
