Requirements

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms to meet performance goals (CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.).Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-opportunity keywords for paid search strategies.Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.Write compelling and persuasive ad copy to attract and engage target audiences.Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, platform updates, and search engine algorithms to ensure ongoing optimization.Manage and allocate PPC budgets efficiently to maximize results while minimizing spend waste.Create detailed performance reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Qualifications:

Proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.Strong understanding of paid search strategies, including keyword research, bid management, and ad optimization.Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve campaigns.Experience in A/B testing for ads, bidding strategies, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.Strong copywriting skills for crafting effective and engaging PPC ads.Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop landing pages optimized for paid search conversions.Exceptional budget management skills and the ability to maximize the efficiency of ad spend.Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and campaign management platforms.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries.Certification in Google Ads or Bing Ads.Familiarity with additional digital marketing channels (SEO, display ads, retargeting).
