About The Team:

The Senior Downstream Product Manager is responsible for Downstream Product Management activities that support early commercialization and successful commercial performance of Noah products including both the Capital and Disposable product lines. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the medical devices market. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and RA/QA to ensure that Noah products meet market needs and achieve business objectives.

The Senior Downstream Product Manager is responsible for the successful commercialization of new product releases, including the successful transfer of products from Product Development to the Commercial teams. Additionally, they are responsible for developing the long-term product strategy in conjunction with Upstream Product Management by understanding the current state of the product and identifying opportunities to meet business objectives via the product.

A Day in the Life of Our Sr. Downstream Product Manager:

Product StrategyIn partnership with Upstream Product Management and Marketing, identify a pipeline of products and solutions to improve business performance by aligning the roadmap to commercial goalsContinuously consolidate, prioritize, and disseminate customer feedback and product KPIs to inform roadmap development and product decisionsMarket Readiness

Ensure market readiness by developing communication around product advantages and value propositions in support of sales tools, collateral and product messagingMonitor competitive publications and technologies to stay abreast of developments in the field and to inform product development, preclinical, and clinical research.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscapeSupport efforts to collect data and VOC from the field to inform future product developmentCommercial Success

Responsible for managing a controlled roll out of new product features to the field for domestic and international sites.Liaise with Marketing and Sales organization to develop commercialization strategies and KPIs for new releases and conduct post-launch analysisMonitor and report out on key performance indicators and financial health indicators to managementPrimary point-of-contact for the Product Development organization with the Commercial organization, and become the go-to-person for field based product questions that require escalation beyond customer support.Quarterback resolution of product issues and questions escalated beyond customer support and which require engineering support.Develop and implement business solutions to resolve product/ service/ customer experience issues.About You:

5 to 10 years of experience in a medical devices industryBachelor's degree in Engineering or Science; Master's in Business Administration preferredStrong technical experience and aptitudeAbility to effectively communicate concepts, ideas, and knowledge to other individuals and teams.Knowledge of basic anatomy, clinical terminology, and general surgical techniques.Knowledge of fundamentals of robotics or electromechanical systems.Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.Workplace Type:

Pay Transparency

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.

California Pay Range

$128,300-$170,500 USD

Noah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
