Overview of Role:
Arcade is seeking an early career or aspiring product manager to join our early stage generative AI consumer business.
The Associate Product Manager will partner closely with the Head of AI Product to develop consumer-centric generative AI solutions. The role will be instrumental in shaping the company's product strategy and end-to-end product execution.
This is a unique opportunity to help build a billion-dollar company from the ground up while learning from successful repeat entrepreneurs and a team of powerful and experienced mentors and advisors.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn one of the product verticals within the company, encompassing product strategy, roadmap development, and execution of the roadmap with our AI and engineering teamsMaintain and uphold a high standard of quality for the productShip ongoing product enhancements to continually exceed user expectations and outpace competitorsThoroughly understand user needs to deliver a delightful and transformative consumer experienceAnalyze product performance through AI model performance assessment, qualitative user feedback, and quantitative product metrics, with a focus on delivering a magical experience for usersForge strong partnerships with product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to collaboratively design and implement solutionsQualifications
1-2 years of professional experience in product management, consulting, or bankingA keen interest in application of generative AI technologiesExcellent quantitative analysis skills and attention to detailsA fearless approach to creating novel solutions and the ability to thrive in ambiguityAn entrepreneurial attitude with high ownership mentality, proactive attitude, and bias towards actionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsNice to Haves
