Position Summary

Reporting to the Kidventure Director, the Kidventure Weekend Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the oversight and supervision of the Kidventure programs held during weekend church services. The Kidventure Weekend Coordinator must be able to effectively multi-task and make decisions regarding kids, volunteers and parents on the fly. The ideal candidate will be able to instill confidence in those they interact with, be detail oriented, patient, have a willingness to learn, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to develop and maintain relationships.

Supervise children and volunteers during Sunday morning serviceEnsure weekend service flow of events is smooth including interacting with kids and parentsProvide day to day resolution to volunteer and parents needsResponsible for ensuring classrooms are setup and cleaned for weekend serviceCreate and Maintain the weekend service volunteer scheduleWhat You Must Bring to This Role
