About this role

Writer is the leading full-stack generative AI platform that is revolutionizing the way businesses leverage generative AI. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our core product team and drive the acceleration of our product within enterprise organizations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on core AI features, enterprise features, and drive the adoption and success of our enterprise solutions, empowering businesses to achieve new levels of efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
You will report to our Director of Product.
Your responsibilitiesCollaborate with the product team and business stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements that drive user activation, adoption, and engagementDrive features that help our enterprise customers scale and expand with WriterConduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform product decisions and drive user activation and adoptionWork closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align new initiatives, ensure smooth execution, and drive product successUtilize data analytics tools and metrics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize growth strategiesKeep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation☆ Is this you?
6+ years experience in product management, leading cross-functional product, design, and software engineering teams4+ years experience in product management in enterprise-grade softwareBonus points if you experience working on AI-driven productsPrior experience working at fast-paced startupsStrong UI/UX chops - you're opinionated and collaborative on design, and can act as a sounding board for your design partnersExperience in making hard data-informed decisions (user research and testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics)Proven ability to deeply understand analytics and use insightsExperience in launching 0 to 1 productsYou know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things doneCurious to learn more about who we are and how we operate?
