Job Description
The
Supervisor, Bank Operations
is primarily responsible for providing first line supervisory/management level department support. Through effective supervision of direct reports, this position ensures all departmental operations are completed timely and accurately. This position works independently, but with a clear understanding of when to seek middle or upper management intervention and involvement. This position requires strong verbal and written communications/interactions on a variety of levels, as well as external BOKF customers.
Required Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm, Saturday/Sunday 6:30am - 3:00pm. Days off Wednesday/Thursday

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Banking and/or Accounting related field of study and 3-4 years in operations with 1 year or more in a leadership position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experienced knowledge of applicable Federal and State regulatory compliance including: Anti-Money Laundering, Office of Foreign Assets and Control, Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and Sarbanes Oxley, Reg E, Reg CC, UCC4A.Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office productsAdvanced problem solving and analytical skills, good mathematical skillsBasic knowledge of banking principlesBasic understanding of transaction management, document managing, and imagingBasic knowledge of accounting principles and practices (debit, credit, accounts payables and receivables)Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multi-task and prioritizeAbility to use sound judgment in decision makingSelf-motivatedGood communication skills (verbal, interpersonal and written)Dependable attendance and ability to work flexible hoursTeam oriented and willing to assist othersCustomer Service skills and/or experienceAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityDemonstrated ability to work in a fast pace, high volume environment & adaptable to change
