Responsibilities• Develop pricing strategy and make price recommendation or guideline to support Account Management teams to win business and maximize revenue and profit• Facilitate TSMC North America pricing review process by preparing level-playing-field price and margin analysis• Consolidate ASP, revenue, and margin reports• Coordinate pricing projects, consolidate requirements, and perform system tests• Deliver pricing training to Account Management teams

Minimum Requirements• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field• At least 5 years of related experience preferably in the semiconductor industry• Familiar with semiconductor wafer process, technology, advanced packaging, tester, and pricing structure• Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills, such as Excel (macro coding), PowerPoint and Word

Preferred Requirements• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer relationships• Conversational proficiency in Mandarin• Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management

Pay Transparency Statement

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $70,000/year and $148,000/year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
