What You'll Do:
Create and execute comprehensive strategies to improve user retention and increase subscription renewals for our Inkitt, Galatea, and GalateaTV productsDevelop targeted initiatives to retain paying subscribers, optimizing our subscription renewal process and our subscription models to maximize customer lifetime valueUtilize data-driven insights to understand user behavior, identify churn risks, and implement strategies to boost engagement and reduce attritionWith a deep understanding of our users' needs, wishes, and problems, you will work closely with our VP of Product to build a long term roadmap and champion our customers' needs at all timesOversee every step of the product lifecycle, including ideation, strategic planning, tactical initiatives, vision, strategy, roadmap, development, and distributionDefine metrics and make product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing, experimentation, and user researchAnalyze & report product data from users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end productsCollaborate with key stakeholders across product, engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and moreWhat You'll Bring:
5+ years in product management roles, with a proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles from ideation to launch, with experience in an early-stage startup environmentExperience in customer engagement and community buildingProficiency in SQL and solid understanding of KPIs related to retention, renewals, and user engagementExperience in managing the product lifecycle for mobile and web applications within the B2C spaceStartup Hungry: You are proactive; able to thrive in a fast-paced evolving work environmentThink out of the box: You have experience with identifying various business problems or product flaws by coming up with creative solutionsPassion for creating and designing useful innovative productsEmpathy: Deeply understand our readers, writers, engineers, designers, business stakeholdersLocation: Onsite in San Francisco, CAWho We Are Looking For:

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000-$360,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
