About the TeamOur team is responsible for the TikTok Shop (E-Commerce business) search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design, making sure of the customer experience. We focus on increasing income and creating a good e-commerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:1. Responsible for e-commerce search product, cooperating with US algorithms and engineering teams, making search product strategies,responsible for income and a good e-commerce ecology.2. Responsible for search infrastructure, including product understanding, user understanding.3. Responsible for search front-end interaction design, to ensure that users have a good search recommendation experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications1. Rich experience in search domain, experience in e-commerce platform would be a plus.2. Have good data analysis ability and be able to promote product development through data analysis.3. Have good logics, understand algorithms and strategic ideas.4. Strong cross-team collaboration ability and excellent communication skills.
