This includes coordinating activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals. Experience as a Production Manager, Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent, Production Superintendent, etc. Technical or mechanical aptitude preferredAbility to build, inspire, motivate and mentor supervisory employees and their teamsExcellent project management skillsSummary: Are you one that is willing to engage and listen to others to drive real change?
