We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team. The team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for planning and designing shipping services, predicting and displaying delivery times, and strategizing shipping fees to support global expansion.- Analyze shipping services across different regions, optimize strategies for consumers and merchants, and collaborate with various teams to address their needs.- Understand and analyze shipping services in different countries and regions. Design and optimize shipping service and expression strategies for consumers and merchants based on the actual situation in different regions- Work closely with Business, Operations, and Data teams to jointly explore pain points of sellers and consumers, and be responsible for consumer & merchant experience and shipping cost.- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Algorithm teams to drive project progression, ensuring successful launches and goal attainment.- Continuously strive for product optimization and innovation, and establish general product ability for global e-commerce systems.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- Proven industry experience in the global e-commerce industry, and have basic understanding of e-commerce logistics services- Proven experience delivering product solutions from an end to end perspective, while consistently engaging in analysis and optimization processes.- Possess good communication, teamwork, and project management skills.- Proven experience working with cross function and technical teams to develop solutions aiming to create intuitive experiences for our merchants.
