Job Description
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The PT Coordinator III, Business Operations at LSC-University Park provides daily operations within LSC-University Park Student Accounts & Collections. Assisting the Business Manager with auditing transactions, running reports for collaborating with others, ensuring smooth and efficient operations as well as compliance with policies, procedures, and a variety of local, state and federal regulations. Makes and communicates process recommendations based on best practices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Oversees daily and some long-term operations of LSC-University Park Student Accounts & CollectionsPerforms research compiles information, analyzes data and designs detailed reports, proposals and job aidsCollaborates with and provides ongoing support to all University Park students as point of contact. Actively maintains up-to-date knowledge of area and acts as a Subject Matter Expert for all University Park collectionsPreforms research relevant to area of specialty. Develops, monitors and maintains a variety of spreadsheets, databases, reports and presents findings to internal / external constituentsWork directly with students, faculty and staff to resolve any issues. Communicates sensitive Student Account information with students in a professional and effective manner, including written and verbal communicationEnters, tracks, and maintains a variety of data, including documents, spreadsheets and databasesMay be responsible for ensure and maintain compliance with local/state/federal compliance of processes and documentation with assigned areaTakes part in and/or leads special projects as neededResponsible for other reasonable related duties as assigned

WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS:
Equipment used includes, PC workstation running on a LAN in a Microsoft Windows environment, calculator, phone, and other general office equipmentInterface with internal and external contacts as needed to carry out the functions of the positionWork is performed in a climate-controlled office with minimal exposure to safety hazards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary
Hourly Pay Rate is 21.18.
