Shockwave Medical, Inc. is a pioneer in the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Shockwave Medical aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.
Position Overview
Supply Chain Program Manager is a key role in managing all aspects of our supply chain systems, and process improvement. In this role, you will partner closely with our supply chain and IT teams ensuring the successful delivery of our ERP implementation, supply chain process improvement, J&J integration. This role will also be responsible for collaborating with supply chain business process owners and IT to develop relevant KPIs and dashboards for supply chain and operations reporting. With a business process mindset, and experience in industry best practices, this leader will maintain and enhance end-to-end supply chain processes and tools post-ERP implementation, ensuring seamless, integrated, and automated solutions that will result in improved workflows, productivity, data integrity, and drive growth.
Essential Job FunctionsSupport all aspects of ERP implementation for all supply chain planning related modulesLead the implementation of ERP solutions to define and realize the future state of business processes to meet business requirements.Work with business users or/and functional process owners to create a robust framework to report supply chain KPI, streamline planning workflow.Lead process and system integration work related to supply chain planningProvide leadership on data management governance and solutions.Provide training to all supply chain users on new tools and processes.Proactively identify business problems and conditions and innovate through proposing business process and/or system enhancements on both new implementations and existing projectsStandardize, simplify, automate, and continuously improve our business processes, tools, and systems to optimize business operations and costDrive planning, design, develop, and launch of other business processes and operations systems. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirementsRequirements
Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the life sciences, medical devices or healthcare industries, or 8 years of experience with Master's degree.Required experience with implementation of ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud.In-depth experience in implementing supply chain tools or modules (demand management, supply planning, MRP, Procurement, Manufacturing, warehouse, etc)Experience with working with IT on data integration with 3rd party logistics and suppliersUnderstanding of medical device industry trends, peer company best practices.Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain process flow within quality system requirements and compliance (e.g. traceability, QSRs, ISO, MDD requirements).Proven supply chain expertise and help business design end-to-end processes, system reporting and metrics.Experience with developing supply chain KPIs and dashboards in Oracle and/or PowerBI.Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influent and get buy-in from people not under direct supervisionExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and systems thinking skills with capacity to see the big picture and ability to make sound judgmentProactive, resourceful, self-directed and results oriented. Ability to be effective with minimal supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). and SharePointStrong sense of urgency and commitment to execution.
