Job Summary
We are hiring for a Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist to support our Hawaii market. The Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist will perform daily Site Acquisition duties, related to lease negotiations with landlords and zoning with jurisdictions, in accordance with Company objectives. This would be a great opportunity for someone with basic Project Management, Coordinator or zoning/leasing experience to learn about telecommunications and site acquisition.
Ideal candidates will be located close to our Honolulu office.

Responsibilities
What You Will DoProvide site identification, qualification and lease negotiation services for wireless telecommunication sitesPrepare, submit and present permit applications for wireless telecommunication sitesDemonstrated understanding of project/account management, construction coordination or basic zoning/leasing principlesAccess to personal, reliable vehicle and ability to physically operate vehicle safely; valid driver's license, personal insurance coverage and acceptable driving record is requiredPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Qualifications
What You Will Need
0-2+ years' experience in Project Management, Project Coordination or zoning/leasing2+ years' experience working with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft ExcelStrong oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage own workload and deliverables with minimal supervision under strict timelines
