Management Analyst
to support our client on-site in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities: Conduct statistical analysis in conjunction with the reporting requirements and performance measures, specific to Intelligence Information Reports and other intelligence reports produced through the Intelligence Reports Officer Program. Conduct analysis, compile data, prepare reports, and graphically display the information related to reporting requirements. Monitor and ensure IROs follow prescribed formats; maintain statistics on the number of message cables disseminated; Ensure proper completion and submission of information summaries; Prepare supporting disclosure documents for information outside of the Department of Justice, summary of work performed, and quarterly status reports and briefings. Evaluate policy, instructions, and legislative directives affecting IRO Program operations. Research, identify, and gather documents in response to incoming Freedom of Information Act requests related to intelligence reports produced by IROs. Research, identify, and gather documents in response to incoming Prudential Search Requests related to intelligence reports produced by IROs. Requirements:
U.S. Citizen Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to pass Agency Clearance Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related work experience or a high school diploma and four (4) years of related work experience. Bachelor's degree of Science or Arts preferred. Experience working with Federal law enforcement or in the Intelligence Community. Combination of strong analysis, planning, organization, and consensus-building abilities with effective resolution, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Experience supporting office management functions, including preparing and editing various documents and entering data into computer databases, SharePoint, and spreadsheets. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, to include written material and verbal interactions, briefings, and meeting moderation.
