Developer Senior
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of the following PulsePoint location. 740 W. Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Developer Senior will create and perform feature testing and determine environmental needs to support the mock and production migration runs.
How you will make an impact:
• Provide the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
• Partner with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversee all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
• Work with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and perform estimates for application functionality enhancements.
• Use in depth knowledge of tools including JIRA, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Service NOW, and Oracle.
• Use knowledge of technologies including Mainframes, XML, PL/SQL, DB2, COBOL, and IMS.
• Analyze and evaluate detailed business and technical requirements.
• Aid in integrating activities with other IT departments for successful implementation and support of project efforts.
• Participate in developing application scope and objectives.
• Collaborate with engineers, analyze, and classify complex change requests and review and evaluate possible enhancements.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related. Three (3) years of experience in related occupation(s).
Additional Requirements:
Three (3) years of experience must include:
• Three (3) years of experience in Information Technology.
• Three (3) years of experience in the Healthcare domain including Health Care Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Provider, EDI, and Benefits systems related to small and large group and individuals.
• Three (3) years of experience working in an Agile (Scrum) or SAFe environment.
• Three (3) years of experience defining product features, creating KANBAN boards, maintaining Agile Team backlog, planning Iteration (Sprint), and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Three (3) years of development experience using AWS Cloud technologies including EC2, ECS, ELB, EBS, S3, VPC, IAM, SQS, RDS, Lambda, Cloud Watch, Storage Gateway, Cloud formation, Elastic Beanstalk and Autoscaling.
• Three (3) years of experience using Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM and IMS-DB, ISPF, and SPUFI.
• Three (3) years of experience using mainframe tools including FILEMANAGER, CHANGEMAN, ENDEVOR, CTM, DISPATCH, and FAULT ANALYZER.
• Three (3) years of experience in requirement gathering and converting business requirements into technical design and application code.
• Three (3) years of experience creating and managing product roadmaps, product vision, project planning, and estimation.
• Three (3) years of development experience in data migration to public cloud and renewal projects; Three (3) years of experience presenting concepts and Cloud Managed Services products to internal and external clients.
• Three (3) years of experience with Visio, Workflow mapping, and other project management tools including MS Project, MS Office, Atlassian, Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Three (3) years of experience in preparing and executing Unit Test plans, documenting test results, and supporting System Integration testing (SIT) and User Acceptance testing (UAT).
• CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner, or SAFe Product Manager.
