JOB SUMMARY

Ensures the entire product organization is aligned on the product vision, strategy and goals, and is able to effectively enhance and expand upon the existing suite of itel products, ultimately fuel revenue growth and enterprise value for the business. This role creates the product roadmap and contributions to the vision and development of the product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDefines the product roadmap to drive revenue growth and is aligned with annual strategy and long-term vision.Identifies revenue-generating opportunities by engaging with current and potential customers as well as internal key stakeholdersExecutes the company strategy through roadmap and thought leadershipCrafts messages with the audience in mind and effectively shares those messages with both internal and market-facingRepresents stakeholders by maintaining and prioritizing platform backlogto maintain best-in-industry illustration and quoting experiencesKeeps the end user's experience at the center of the team's decision makingDrives thought leadership around Product Methodologies and the broader market.Inculcates an innovation culture that manifests itself in the platform roadmapLeads the product team to develop and groom themes, epics, and features to deliver compelling capabilities on-time, -budget, and -scopeAnalyzes existing products' function and determine new features and requirements to enhance customers' user experience and ensure maximum adoptionDrives product management framework(s) into the culture to guide what and how work is performedLeads practices delivering measured results (velocity, quality, value, etc.) and improvementsPragmatizes market sizing, positioning, and testing to drive data-based product decisionsLeverages enterprise-wide relationships to drive outcomes with broad participation and buy-inWorks with team to balance portfolio investments to support company strategyInitiates platform and feature enablement and adoption programsDelivers high-quality work products that drive business outcomesLeads quarterly planning and aligning product teams with engineering counterparts and others within the organization to understand work and define success.Regularly communicates the current velocity of product engineering teams including outcomes, roadblocks, needs for success and other relevant metrics.ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related fieldAt least five (5) years of experience in product management or leading product developmentTrack record of consistently delivering quality projects with broad scope on timeAbility to work with complex concepts and distilling them down so that anyone can understand themCurious, optimistic and a skilled problem-solver. Embracing the unknown and able to adapt to shifts in priorities.Must have excellent management, judgment, and decision-making skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting set deadlinesDemonstrated excellence in the methods of modern product discovery and product deliveryWell-established record of coaching and developing individuals with varying levels of real-world product management experienceAbility to quickly learn new markets and business domainsThorough understanding of business financials and how product teams drive enterprise value by impacting revenue/EBITDAStrong project management and resiliency skillsProven experience managing and launching Salesforce implementations ranging from Sales/Service Cloud to designing custom workflows based on business needsPREFERRED
