Trillium Construction is now hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Sparks, NV!
Our client specializes in commercial roofing in both California and Nevada. They have grown tremendously over the last year and are continuing that pattern. They are now hiring in Sparks, NV for an Assistant Project Manager to work out of the office on a full time basis. This is a direct hire opportunity with and hourly rate of up to $40/hr plus benefits like M/V/D, 401k, PTO, etc.
Duties:-Assists the Project Manager in maintaining detailed documentation of all construction projects including but not limited to submittals, shop drawings, change-orders, as-builts, closeouts, etc.-Performs project administrative duties such as compiling and coordinating shop drawings and submittals for scope of work, Requests for Information (RFI), registration of projects with manufacturer, pulling permits and scheduling inspections with city and/or county, and preparing and printing reports.-Assists with job site safety management, job site documents, and compliance requirements-Reads and interprets plans, specifications, and technical documents to prepare project plans utilizing industry related software-Assists the Project Manager with the creation of Job Plans, labor budgets, and project schedules-Completes and provides job close-out documents including warranties, maintenance documents and follows-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:-Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience-Intermediate knowledge of working with word processing documents, creating and managing spreadsheets, using databases, internet navigation, and email communications, and industry related software.-Maintains knowledge of roofing and wall systems including material, details, application, and processes as well as fire and wind uplift codes and manufacturer’s installation and warranty requirements
