As the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will shape the future of QA at 365 Retail Markets. Leading a high-impact, dynamic team, you will design and implement testing strategies that validate our products' functionality, performance, stability, and security. Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of advanced test automation frameworks using modern tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and practices (e.g., BDD).Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure quality is built into the process.Drive innovation by researching and implementing new testing methodologies and technologies, such as AI-driven testing tools.Oversee and execute complex software and hardware integration testing for POS kiosks and payment processing systems, ensuring security and transaction integrity.Set and track quality metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.Mentor and manage the QA team, promoting collaboration, technical excellence, and accountability.Conduct root cause analyses for production issues, leading efforts for effective resolution and preventive measures.Stay current with industry trends to maintain a cutting-edge approach in QA processes.Requirements
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, leading technical teams, and managing complex software and hardware integration projects.Expertise in payment processing systems and secure transaction protocols.Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for developing automated tests.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) in DevOps environments.Extensive experience in embedded systems testing, mobile application testing (Android, iOS), and web services testing.Strong background in performance, load, and security testing.Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and build a culture of excellence.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
