As a Regulatory Excellence & Innovation Manager, you will help ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will provide critical guidance on product safety, interpret complex regulations, and identify legislative changes that influence the business. Your expertise will help shape Givaudan's regulatory strategies and safeguard intellectual property, all while collaborating with teams to provide a seamless regulatory process.

Responsibilities:• Ensure the integrity of the regulatory database and protect regional intellectual property.• Provide guidance and implement Givaudan's policies related to product regulatory compliance and safety.• Offer expertise in product safety and legislation to internal and external customers, and regional regulatory bodies.• Develop systems infrastructure to support necessary regulatory compliance and safety programs.• Identify early regulatory and legislative changes that improve the business.• Advise the business on potential risks due to safety or regulatory developments.• Interpret and ensure compliance with laws and regulations to reduce liability.• Represent Givaudan at trade associations and engage with authorities, conveying our position.• Participate in assigned projects to inspire creativity and regulatory excellence.

Your Professional Profile Includes:• University Degree (minimum Bachelor) in a scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, food, biological, or physical sciences).• 5-7 years of relevant regulatory experience within the food & beverage industry.• Deep Regulatory expertise in US 21 CFR, FEMA GRAS, CFIA Regulations among others• Full knowledge of regulatory systems and databases.• Knowledge of industry and customer regulatory requirements, trends, and pending legislation.• Understanding of important product categories, regulatory trends, and general market dynamics.
