Opportunity
The Management Supervisor position at Envoy is responsible for developing and growing client relationships, as well as high-level management of large-scale traditional and interactive projects from discovery through production and/or developmen t. Experience and understanding of experiential, event, digital, and/or nontraditional marketing is a must.
This person will play an integrated role in the team as the point of contact for assigned clients and the internal project team. This role is pivotal in the success of major engagements and must be attuned to value the details, and demonstrate the ability and knowledge to push towards the end goal with foresight into the future. This position drives long-term business building, quickly and effectively identifying new opportunities.

What You Will Do
Develop strong understanding of each assigned client's business and industry, supporting strategic direction during client engagements.Assist in overseeing account P&L, collaborating with teams to develop briefs, SOWs, and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines alongside producers.Participate in strategy discussions and build relationships with key client contacts to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.Maintain a solution-oriented approach, balancing client needs with agency and team goals.Work closely with internal teams and partners/vendors to ensure effective collaboration and successful project execution.Organize and triage client feedback, ensuring alignment with project goals.Uphold professional standards on all accounts, striving to exceed client expectations.Qualities and Qualifications
Minimum 6+ years of account management experience in an agency or related environment.Proven experience managing client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., AV, facilities, fabricators).Familiarity with large-scale digital and traditional project execution, including branded environments, events, and advertising campaigns.Knowledge of development technologies, digital production, and third-party applications.Strong communication skills, with an ability to present and solve problems creatively.Good knowledge of digital marketing, media, and experience managing client budgets.
What We Offer
The salary range for this position is between $100,000 to $110,000, plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
