Position Overview:Provides marketing and business development leadership for all Sutter Health Programs and program development, administrative oversight, and operational improvement implementation. Leads all program planning, program committees, outcome measurement, financial management and regulatory initiatives while maintaining effective physician relations, performing service utilization and financial analysis, overseeing marketing efforts, and managing information.
Partners with all affiliates across the continuum of care, ambulatory through acute, to develop and implement program goals and identify resources/support for program needs. In addition, demonstrates program effectiveness by monitoring quality, service and affordability metrics as well as developing reports, dashboards, and conducting presentations. Incumbent will lead the development and implementation of the programmatic goals, objectives and monitoring of long range plans and outcomes.

EDUCATION:Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related fieldTYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years recent relevant experienceExperience with Corporate Finance and Project Management preferredSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Data financial analysis, database development and Microsoft Office and associated software.Communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal; effective facilitation of group process and expertise in project management.Knowledge of financial and statistical data analysis/reporting.Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and laws.Knowledge of medical staff relations, human resource management, change management.Ability to work effectively with physicians, medical professionals, staff patients and the community.Organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; ability to develop and conduct presentations to groups.Ability to manage cross functional project teams.Demonstrated skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior management and physicians.Problem identification, analysis and resolution skills.Ability to work in a team environment and provide outstanding customer service.Knowledge base regarding industry trends, including new technologies, reimbursement changes, changes in local competitor strategies, and national trends.

Pay Range is $58.95 to $88.43 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
