Warehouse OperatorYOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs all duties instrict adherence with company safety and environmental policyReads delivery tickets orpurchase orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributedPerforms analysis ofincoming bulk materials according to procedures and notifies supervisorwith any variance from specifications.Operates a lift truck andmaintains daily checklistUnloads cargo tanks ofchemicals, lubricants, or fuels into correct bulk storage tank(s)Maintains storage tanks andshipping containersLoads Cargo tanks with bulkchemicals, lubricants, or fuels from storageLoads drums, tote tanks andother containers onto trucksRepackages bulk productsinto drums, pails and/or totes according to repackaging agreementsConveys materials and itemsfrom receiving areas to storage or to other designated areasSorts and places materialsor items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequencesuch as size, type, style, color, or product codeMarks materials andcontainers with identifying information according to company andregulatory requirementsRecords amounts ofmaterials or items received or distributedControls and maintainsinventory recordsMaintains appropriate levelof housekeeping according to company standardsReports accidents and/orincidents to supervisorParticipates in ongoingsafety program including safety meetings and trainingYOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
