As a Product Managerin Cloud Advancement Transformation Solutions, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

**Job responsibilities**

+ Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

+ Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

+ Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

+ Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

+ Supports, maintains and oversees the multi-cloud integrated product roadmap to ensure alignment with line of businesses (LOBs), products, partners, and stakeholders

+ Supports, maintains and oversees the multi-cloud Partner Network allowing customer influence and product/partner/tooling inputs to feed into product lines as well as up to date product information to be radiated back to customers and partners

+ Owns solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies and product delivery, enabling effective delivery of objectives

+ Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the platform

+ Uses data and analytics to gain insights for end-to-end customer requirements; identifies areas for improvement, and makes data-driven decisions for optimization, performance and overall user satisfaction

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

+ Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

+ Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

+ A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute strategic product plans that align with organizational goals and help to drive adoption from a product perspective

+ Proven understanding of cloud computing fundamentals, technologies, and developer ecosystems, with the ability to effectively transpose technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness of strategic product roadmap initiatives, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement

+ A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to cloud services and developer advocacy

+ Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, to drive alignment and support for platform initiatives

+ Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive innovative solutions that enhance the success and adoption of the end-to-end customer journey

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

+ Proven experience with products that rely on AWS and Azure

+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement

+ Preferred experience with external facing offerings and in launching internal or external products
