InductiveHealth is looking for a self-directed and well-organized Data Onboarding Specialist to join a collaborative team focused on stopping disease through technology. In this role, you will work with providers and public health departments as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to successfullyonboard data to our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. You will use your knowledge and experience to aid in our mission of stopping disease through technology.
What you'll be doing in this role:Onboard stakeholders to send reportable disease data to public healthCommunicate with task leads and internal project managers about the status and process onboarding implementation for assigned clientsPerform quality assurance analysis on HL7 messages; coordinate fixes for message errors; perform content validationUnderstand, document, and translate end-user and subject matter expert needs to technical requirements for system designers, developers, and technical architectsWork with technical staff to translate business requirements into functional requirements and specificationsMonitor end to end data flow of multiple data sources and investigate anomaliesAssist in maintaining documentation pertaining to onboarding processes and deliverablesWhat are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree, preferably in informatics, data, mathematics, or computer science related fieldExperience in data integration including HL7 messaging standards, including 2.5.1 ORU^R01 and ADTAbility to run basic SQL database queriesNatural problem solver and curiousEnjoys working directly with clients and end usersHas a positive attitude in-person and virtualExperience in working with stakeholders to gather and interpret project-related informationCan effectively manage multiple assignments and prioritiesHas excellent communication and presentation skillsCan develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners and technical staffExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including a creative and self-motivated mindsetWhat will make you stand out?
