This role will be pivotal in supporting the execution of product priorities and contributing to the product vision and strategy as we scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans and work collaboratively to deliver impactful products that meet customer needs.Reporting to the VP of Product, this individual will play a vital role in supporting our next phase of growth by contributing to the strategic direction of our product offerings as we scale. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of product strategies, managing product development from discovery through to launch, and ensuring our solutions align with market needs and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to refine product requirements, oversee the development process, and contribute to successful product delivery. Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for product management, with experience in managing complex product initiatives, translating customer needs into actionable features, and leveraging data to inform decision-making. A background in payments or fintech is a big plus!Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy Support:Contribute to the development of product vision and strategy by providing insights from market research, customer feedback, and performance data.Collaborate with the VP of Product and other senior leaders to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the broader strategic goals of Finexio.Participate in strategic discussions, offering input and recommendations based on domain expertise and understanding of customer needs.Product Discovery & Roadmapping:Lead product discovery initiatives, validating new ideas, gathering data, and identifying opportunities that can influence product strategy.Create and maintain product roadmaps for specific areas or features, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and strategic objectives.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI design, engineering, and marketing, to refine and prioritize product features based on business goals.Product Development & Execution:Drive the execution of product priorities, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.Work collaboratively with engineering teams to define product specifications, manage development timelines, and address technical challenges.Ensure that product features meet high-quality standards and deliver on the defined acceptance criteria.Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a key liaison between the product team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and strategy.Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, performance, and any adjustments to the roadmap or strategic plans.Performance Monitoring & Optimization:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.Gather and analyze customer feedback post-launch, using insights to drive continuous product improvement.Provide recommendations for future product enhancements based on performance analysis and market trends.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.3-5 years of experience in product management, with demonstrated ability to support product vision and strategy execution.Strong understanding of product management best practices, including market research, product discovery, and roadmap development.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey product vision and priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Passionate about building products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value.Remote Work Competencies :Proficient in asynchronous communication and project management tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and other forms of remote collaborationExhibits clear, concise, and proactive communication across all channels (email, messaging, video calls), and shows adeptness in both verbal and non-verbal cuesExperienced in working remotely and managing time effectively with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly and effectivelyAble to maintain personal administrative duties and task manage in an ambiguous and remote environmentQuickly adapts to new technologies and changes in workflow, and remains flexible in scheduling to accommodate different time zones.BenefitsWhy You’ll Love Working at Finexio:Startup / early-stage environment within a stable, industry-leading companyCulture that emphasizes the following key differentiators:Clients firstHumbleCollaborativeData based decision makingAn organization that is built for speedDynamic, rapidly expanding market for our products and services.What We Offer:The chance to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with experienced industry leadersAn environment where you can dive deep into the latest technologies and make a real, measurable impactEmployee Engagement – Quarterly virtual team building activities and monthly team lunchesCompetitive salary and stock optionsMedical, dental, and visionUnlimited Vacation PolicyCompensation: $100,000-$145,000
