Supply Chain Program Manager

Tesla's Supply Chain team is seeking a Program Manager to support our growing Vehicle business. In this role, you will function as the key liaison between the Supply Chain Organization and internal stakeholders including Tesla's Executive Team, Engineering, Sales and Manufacturing.The Program Manager will work closely with the core Program/Project team to manage visibility on high value programs and communicate key milestones and goals with the rest of the Supply Chain organization.Additionally, the Program Manager will collaborate closely with their Supply Chain team members including Global Supply Managers, Supplier Industrialization Engineers, Material Planners, and Logistics Managers across all commodities on behalf of Supply Chain leadership. You will bring stakeholders together to track key Supply Chain metrics to assure the timely and efficient execution of Tesla's portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities
Represent the Supply Chain organization in meetings with Tesla's Executive Team to provide 1) updates on program status, 2) highlight potential risks and 3) outlining proposed solutions and mitigating stepsCreate presentations, data visualizations and executive summaries to guide decision-making across the supply chain teamAnalyze and create a complete Supply Chain strategy for the program assigned to you, for the organization to follow during strategic decision-making tasksDevelop and maintain dashboards to track program status and communicate key project metrics to the broader organization including Engineering, Finance and ManufacturingDefine and drive execution of the Supply Chain metrics as well as all project requirements (from design readiness, sourcing progress, supplier readiness, status on program milestones, among others)Continuously monitor and measure project processes and activities to ensure no delays to the project and that potential risks are identified in a timely mannerManage project timelines and resources and ensure risk mitigation actions are identified and in place to ensure successful program launchesOwner of RFQ's and contract management - ensure Non-Disclosure Agreements, General Terms & Conditions, Piece Price Agreements, and other related contracts are negotiated, agreed and appropriately documented before business is initiatedDrive negotiation for piece price and product development to ensure that Tesla's pricing meets best-landed-cost expectations as well as Supplier Industrialization standards of Best-In-Class qualityRequirements
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience (MBA, Engineering and other technical degrees are a plus)At least 5-10 years of experience in project management, consulting or product management (Data Analytics, Automotive or Manufacturing experience is a plus)Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using, e.g., Power BI, Tableau (or similar)Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, and experience creating polished business presentationsStrong communication skills, including with executive or high management presenceHighly collaborative, team oriented and comfortable leading cross-functional projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced start-up technology environment and deliver excellent resultsCompensation and BenefitsBenefits

$88,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
