JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for assistance and guidance throughout the employment process for all shipboard theatrical production candidates. Build, distribute, and secure casting offers, as well as provide initial documentation processes required to work onboard Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings vessels. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding documentation requirements, medical clearance, and travel logistics. Liaise between the Creative Studios by NCLH's management, Shipboard PX Operations, and third-party hiring partners.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and send all NCLH theatrical production offer letters. Negotiate terms of employment with agents and talent within company guidelines and policies. Ensure salaries are consistent and within ranges established by the Shipboard Compensation team.Schedule newly hired, returning and replacement crew members to rehearsal facility in Tampa, and ship assignments, updating MAPS with crew movement information. Record and update all personal crew information, including all passport, visa and medical information. Liaise daily with crew members during pre-employment process to ensure all items are received and approved accordingly.Coordinate and confirm all logistical requirements for joining crew, which includes air transportation, ground transportation and hotel arrangements.Collect and verify all documentation for joining crew and contractors has been received and is compliant with international and local requirements.Work closely with the medical department to ensure that all potential crew members are in compliance with requirements for shipboard employment.Resolve requests regarding crew scheduling and movement, as well as issues related to employment contracts, extensions, changes, vacations, medical leave and specific ship assignments. Manage relationships between Production Show/Entertainment and Travel Administrators, Ship Deployment Administrators, License & Documents Administrators, and any other departments relevant to crew member processing and operation.Coordinate visa compliance procedures for international crew and contractors while in rehearsal at the Tampa facility and onboard a vessel. Assist crew members and contractors in obtaining all required visas for employment, to include researching visa requirements by country and nationality and provide supporting documentation for each visa.Perform other job-related functions as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE:

High School Diploma

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

Theater, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the theatrical environment, focused on contract administration, company management, and/or human resources.Experience working with high-capacity travel logistics is preferred.COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Microsoft Teams.Knowledge of or ability to learn MAPS scheduling systems to navigate and update information.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to effectively interact with joining crew, hiring partners, port agents, embassies and consulates, Human Resources onboard and shore side team members within the organization.Ability to shift priorities and multi-task based on scheduling/business demands.Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
