Job Description Summary
The Program Coordinator II is responsible for overseeing and managing administrative, operational, and logistical activities for the Norris Lab clinical and research program at MUSC. The coordinator will support program development, execution, and evaluation while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations. This role serves as a key liaison between physicians, faculty, staff, students, and external partners, facilitating communication and enhancing program efficiency.

Job Description
Job Duties:
25% - Program Management: Coordinate daily activities and operations of the program, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation management. Monitor progress toward program objectives and make adjustments as needed to ensure the program's success.
25% - Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Manage the program's budget, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. Assist in identifying funding opportunities and developing grant proposals.
15% - Data Collection and Reporting: Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of program data to assess outcomes, support program improvement, and meet reporting requirements. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
10% - Communication and Outreach: Serve as the primary point of contact for the program, communicating with stakeholders, including physicians, faculty, students, staff, and external partners. Promote program initiatives through internal and external channels.
10% - Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, faculty, and staff to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and enhance the effectiveness of the program. Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions to foster a collaborative environment.
5% - Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure that the program adheres to MUSC's policies and procedures as well as any external regulatory requirements. Coordinate the completion of necessary documentation, certifications, and program audits.
5% - Event Planning and Coordination: Organize workshops, seminars, conferences, and other events associated with the program. Manage logistics, including venue selection, materials preparation, and guest speaker arrangements.
5% - Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to additional staff, interns, or student assistants, delegating tasks and ensuring the timely completion of responsibilities.

A bachelor's degree and two years of relevant program experience.
