Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal eligible individuals and families throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Orange, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Solano, Stanislaus, Stockton, Tulare and Ventura Counties.

The Position : Clinical Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Hires, develops, trains, manages, and retains clinical program staff and a clinical team(s) to ensure customer satisfaction and culturally competent service delivery.Functions as the liaison between team and community partners.Provides fiscal stewardship of team, acts as a bridge between fiscal and other departments.Ensures provision of high quality service by program staff consistent with the scope of practice applicable as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by Medi-Cal regulations and the California Welfare & Institutions (W&I) Code.Requirements:

Master's Degree (MA/ MS) in Psychology, Social Work or related field.Five (5) years of direct clinical experience required, including three (3) years' experience in the area of children's mental health preferred.Two (2) years foster care and/or adoption experience required, if working in the Foster Care and Adoptions program.Experience working with Serious Emotional Disabilities (SED) youth required.California licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) eligible preferred.Other Specific Requirements

Must pass Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and Child Abuse Index Check (CAIC) background clearance.Valid California Driver's license with two years of experience driving and clean driving record may be required.
