About You

You will be hands on in areas such as systems administration/implementation, company policy, onboarding, and more. You are research-oriented when it comes to Compliance and all things progressive, keeping up to date with requirements while keeping employee experience at the forefront.
What You Will DoSupport key priorities of our transformational change throughout the business; take time to get to know the people with continuous engagement and trust-building as our culture developsCoordinate employee services as an administrator and keep organized, compliant employee records on file and within software systemsMaintain broker partnerships and administer employee benefits by ensuring smooth benefit-related processes and compliancePrepare payroll via ADP, handling multi-state payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees, including commission-based rolesMaintain clean employee data entry and efficiently update systems and paperwork at the time of initial engagement, hire, and/or terminationEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including Federal and state labor laws, LOA, EDD, and Workers' CompensationPrepare regular reports and employee-related analyses, including advanced reporting techniques to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvementActs as a change agent and proactively lead by example in demonstrating openness to business growth and organizational changeBe the primary point of contact for questions related to our HRIS, benefits, and payroll functions for all employeesWhat You Bring
You have demonstrated success as a generalist, preferably in a high-growth, multi-state environmentYou have deep knowledge of employment law, Federal law, and company policies in a multi-state environmentYou are proficient with Microsoft Office specifically Excel skills using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs ; familiarity with ADP payroll, HRIS systems, and employee benefits administrationYou are naturally curious and ask questions to better understand "the why"You are a problem solver with critical thinking skills and are driven toward success and the success of othersYou are skilled in project management and development, including interpersonal skills, compelling and concise written and verbal communication skills
Pay TransparencyTargeted base compensation is $100,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Our Work Environment Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
