As the Customer Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for Senior Product Manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building seller capabilities for order /after-sale product for global market. Have an in-deep understanding of shopping habits, and collaborate with software engineering and product designers to define product roadmap and strategy systematically to improve seller order, and after-sale performance and related experience- Responsible for seeking new high-efficient and seller-friendly product solutions from different seller segments, and focusing on providing great seller order and after-sale experience and satisfaction.- Seek opportunities for new product development, improvement & optimization based on research & user feedback, independently conducting business partner and collaborator discussions to define functional requirements, with a progression in complexity.- Lead cross-functional projects that help evolve our platform capabilities and break through operating constraints to support a constantly evolving payment ecosystem.- Facilitate internal communication, and collaborate with the operation, UX, and R&D teams to ensure smooth teamwork
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.- 3+ years of experience as product manager of E-Commerce related, with end-to-end product delivery of full-stack, back-end, infrastructure, or platform implementations, direct experience of Transaction, Fulfillment, or Return & Refund is preferred- Self-starter and can do product planning and prioritization of critical global initiatives. Conceptualize and drive projects globally with opposing priorities, multiple partners, and quick timelines, and carry out independently under time constraints and meet deadlines- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrix organization, executing several initiatives concurrently while balancing competing priorities. Strong prioritization and organization skills with experience juggling time-sensitive requests from multiple business partners.- Excellent data analytical, and study skills to identify business opportunities. Build consensus among teams and influence decision-making within leadership. Ambitious with achieving, and strong sense of ownership and accountability with impeccable follow-through.- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders effectively, including Business, Operations, Platform governance, and Tech. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:- Have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, business and customers, and the ability to understand the new business models.
