Our Platform Services division is seeking an experienced
Operations Coordinator
to support a high-profile government contract. This hands-on position will focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and relationships between internal team members and stakeholders. The ideal Operations Coordinator will have experience managing schedules, ensuring accurate data, and providing solutions for process improvement.Please note: This position is under a Monday to Friday work schedule with occasional on-call requirements throughout the week to include weekend and holiday coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Communicates with multiple internal (program, corporate) and external (customer) stakeholders to identify requirementsFacilitate customer satisfaction surveys and provide results to primary stakeholdersAct as an internal escalation point for Service Support representativesVerify accuracy of data and provide analysis for metrics outside tolerance levelsReview metrics reports for accuracy and distribute, as requiredCommunicate with field personnel to train and assist with data entryProcess manual ticket updatesUses established document and brief formats, assists in determining document needs of end usersTrack ongoing ticket updates and work status with Excel reportsSupport asset and user management within internal systems and platformsProvide testing for mobile & desktop program softwareSupport radiation safety officer by reviewing and tracking radiation survey schedules and documentsProvide on-call support on weekends/holidaysRequirementsBachelor’s degree2 years of experience in operations supportAbility to work weekends and holidays on a need basisProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Excellent customer service skillsProblem-solving and critical thinking skills combined with situational awareness and adaptability in the face of challenging circumstancesStrong attention to detailAbility to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearanceBenefitsFounded in 1995 at the start of the dot-com revolution, TechFlow helped large commercial clients such as Dreamworks, Toshiba, MGM, and others modernize their business systems.
