We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products. This rolewill report directly to the Director of Customer Experience and Product and will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products. We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role will report directly to the Director of Customer Experience and Product and will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products. A hybrid position, this person will report to our Maple Grove location.
ProAg is an industry-leading crop insurance provider serving the American farmer through a network of independent agents. A member of the Tokio Marine HCC group, ProAg delivers crop insurance that provides a level of security to farmers and ranchers, who operate at the mercy of weather and markets. We're known for our quick response and fast, accurate claims settlement.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, business analyst, developers, and marketers, to design and implement user-centric solutionsConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideasDevelop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital productsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and incorporate them into the design processPresent design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your workProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVisionStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile environmentExperience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plusWhat We Represent:
