What will you be doing?
Manage : Execute tasks for Product Development team under the direction of the Product Development Manager. Assist in giving work direction and guidance to Design and Product Development team members. Assure accurate and timely execution of seasonal line development processes ahead of product delivery, including linesheet and BOM/spec creation and maintenance, sample ordering, NuOrder management, and sample receiving/review. Provide Strategy:
Assure that the factories and sourcing teams have complete, accurate, and timely information about the product, in order to execute proper prototypes, samples and production shoes. Handle quality through spec sheet review, coordination of prototypes and line samples, and CCS approvals. Identify opportunities:
Conduct seasonal audits to ensure line sheet accuracy in FlexPLM and Nuorder. Review and correct spec sheet details as necessary. Assist in the maintenance of appropriate systems with additions of new items, detailing of new colors and styles, and changes/modifications to product. Provide support:
Assist in the research of materials and/or colors for new product development. Support product team in adhering to the seasonal calendar. Anticipate challenges and communicate with key players.

Design or Product Development Experience 2 years preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Footwear construction, parts, and terminology, Experience with Engineered Knit, Engineered Mesh, and/or Woven/Jacquard Materials is a plus Knowledge of SAP and PLM software preferred Bachelor of Arts (BA) Fashion Design or Product Development
