The Challenge:
Adobe Consulting are building deep and impactful partnerships with customers by investing our best thinking and resources to offer prescriptive and unique tools and thought leadership to help them navigate their digital trajectories.
Business Development Analysts assist in the development and operational management of inspiring and thought-provoking workshops and other collateral to help customers recalibrate their digital transformation journeys, whilst generating new Adobe Professional Services sales leads and business.
All 2025 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities
What you'll do:
Workshop Development:Assist Business Development leaders with the development of new workshop material to drive new sales bookings, pipeline, cultivate cross functional partnerships, and help customers mature and transform their digital trajectory. Workshop material will include development of original assets to spark customer's imaginations, and ultimately entice them to invest in professional services to take the vital steps to execute on the vision forged during the business development workshops.Deliverables may include strategy tools and methodologies, maturity models, replicating or expanding existing workshops or whatever is needed to develop a hypothesis-driven framework to entice customers to take the next step.Expansion of existing repeatable industry-specific pre-sales workshop assets to new industries or solutions, including the associated data harvest, data analysis, collateral and deliverable productionResearch industry trends to ensure workshop topics are up to date and relevantHarvesting of insights from business development workshops to help Adobe Consulting understand the first-hand changing needs of customers to ensure that our pre-sales offerings resonate with compelling, relevant, up to date, messaging and narrativesAssist with tracking and monitor the progress of workshops through their delivery lifecycle - from customer pitch to asset production to final deliverable readoutWhat you need to succeed:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelors or Masters Degree and graduating between
December 2025 and May/June 2026Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September 2025Data driven, analytical problem solverHigh degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quicklyAble to find patterns in large and often complex and unrelated data and information sourcesStrong organizational and self-starting skillsArticulate and concise content author
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
