Summary:

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitiveness. This position involves analyzing market trends, evaluating pricing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing decisions align with business objectives.

Position Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies that support business objectives, market positioning, and revenue growth.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and threats.

Set and adjust prices for products and services based on market dynamics, cost factors, and competitive positioning.

Monitor pricing performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize profitability.

Analyze pricing data, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify insights and opportunities for pricing improvement.

Develop pricing models and conduct scenario analysis to forecast the impact of pricing changes.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product management teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.

Provide pricing guidance and support to sales teams to facilitate effective pricing negotiations.

Develop and implement discount and promotional strategies to drive sales while maintaining profitability.

Monitor discounting practices and recommend adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Ensure contract terms and pricing structures are aligned with company policies and objectives.

Establish and enforce pricing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency.

Monitor pricing activities for adherence to policies and identify and address deviations or anomalies.

Monitor competitor pricing strategies, promotions, and market positioning to inform pricing decisions and maintain competitiveness.

Collaborate with Finance and Operations to understand the overall business strategy, industry and finance | pricing models

Position Requirements

A bachelor's degree, or MBA is a plus.

Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) is a plus

Proven experience in pricing management, revenue management, or related roles, with at least 3 years of experience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Proficiency in pricing analysis tools, data visualization software, and Microsoft Excel.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
