You will also assist multiple clients or departments with the development and execution of complex sourcing and procurement strategies.This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.**What Youll Do:**+ To be the single conduit between the client account(s) team and the Supply Chain organization.+ To ensure that the account procurement organization provide an excellent service to the client at all times.+ Provide a consultant approach to the Procurement /Supply Chain service.+ To understand and translate the fundamental level of client satisfaction and provide suggestions for improvement based on the client account input.+ To efficiently direct tasks to the correct tactical procurement workstreams, follow-up with the respective workstream and report back to the client account either with follow-up information or report of task being closed.+ To connect the client account team(s) to Full Spectrum Supply Chain and Procurement As A Service (PAAS) organization.+ Be the Procurement point of escalation for specific client account(s).+ For PaaS accounts, work closely with PaaS leadership to provide excellent service solutions to the client account(s) in a timely manner.+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.+ Work with business stakeholders, operational, global shared services team members and executive sponsors to develop, coordinate, and execute strategy at local, regional, and global levels.+ Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of large quantities of goods and services.+ Oversee the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and corporate management staff of changes or results.+ Manage supplier and contractor certification process. Conduct periodic visits to high-profile supplier work locations to review vendor performance. Approve and manage costs related to the service provider.+ Mentor and educate on contemporary outsourcing practices and the value of applying them. Manage issues and expectations across a broad range of skill sets, locations, and cultures.+ Review all RTFs, and select solutions, and agreements. Approve contracts with national and regional service providers. Ensure contracts adhere to company standards.+ Act as a key point of contact for utilization management and coordination with outside procurement solutions.+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.+ Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.+ Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.+ Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.**What Youll Need:**+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility, required.+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.+ Advanced math skills. The minimum salary for the Sr Procurement Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Procurement Manager position is $135,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
