Sell medication and offer clinical education about the drug to physicians and clinical staff at physician offices and clinicsMeets/exceeds sales objective as well as market share within assigned geographic areaDevelops and maintains superior relationships with key diabetes decision makers and influencersEffective in implementing customer loyalty initiativesConsistently exhibits a high level of proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating productsBecome a product expertMaintains a high profile with the professional diabetes organizations and KOL's in the assigned geographical areaWorks effectively and productively with internal and external colleagues and leadershipConsistently performs with a high degree of professionalism in accordance with established promotional guidelinesCompletes all administrative duties in a timely fashion and works within the specified budget
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, science is preferred1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in the cardiometabolic space - will also consider an eager B2B sale background with a scientific foundation that is interested in getting into medical salesTrack record of sales successAbility to show you can close deals and grow businessStrong presentation skillsThe right candidate will have a can-do attitude and will exemplify company integrity and compassion for patients.Compensation:
75-100k base, to make 115k – 140k uncapped commissions, 750/ month car allowance, all expenses covered, 401k and great benefits
