Nazdar is hiring an

OEM Business Development Manager

to join the Sales team. The

OEM Business Development Manager

will be responsible for developing new OEM business and managing existing business, in the key segments identified in the Nazdar strategic plan, while optimizing profit and meeting financial and corporate growth objectives.

75% International Travel, 25% Remote - This position can sit in UK or US.

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with the VP OEM Business in overall OEM business strategy in key segments and assigned territories. Works closely with Product Marketing to develop product specifications to meet the needs of the customer and application. Support product design, development, and stage gate process for new products and maintain the roadmap for OEM products in each segment. Provide user and competitive input to Product Management as well as research & development and manufacturing to address OEM's needs/concerns. Work closely with Product Marketing to coordinate in-house and external testing, verification, and validation of products. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop aggressive timelines for new product development and market release. Collaborates with Product Marketing to develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. Supply content to Marketing Communications to produce product and company collateral. Provide in-depth analysis of the market, industry, and competitors. Compile data on competitive strengths and weaknesses. Develop product pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals. Conduct market assessments and competitive analyses to identify product opportunities whether new or redesigned to meet different needs. Deliver a monthly review of projects and ongoing initiatives and opportunities. Consolidate new product sales forecasts to provide accurate forecasts for manufacturing. Monitor sales revenue and profitability and measure against the plan. Analyze sales data and provide information concerning sales trends and performance to budget. Develop action plans to address underperforming products. Assists with other duties as directed by supervisor. Performs job according to pre-established safety, quality, and efficiency operating procedures. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, the sciences, or printing. This is preferred but not required. Minimum 7 years experience in sales management, market management, or supply chain management. Experience in key account management within the print industry. (Preferably Industrial Inkjet). Through this experience, the incumbent will know key players in the market and have developed relationships with primary vendors and suppliers.
