Are you ready to join?RequirementsWhat you will do...Delivers HR support and services to foster a positive culture within City Wide; aligning HR disciplines with organizational goals and strategy.Administers various human resource plans and process for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies.Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment laws.Administer and track all FMLA and personal leave claims.Administers and monitors the company’s performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.Oversees and administers all new hire onboarding programs and new hire orientations, including pre-hire evaluations.Manages all unemployment claims.Communicates corporate benefit information to employees and administers enrollments.Responsible for recruiting exempt/non-exempt level employees including: sourcing, interviews, administering assessments and background checks, extending job offers and administrative follow-up with candidates.Manage employer-employee relationships (ER). This involves receiving and effectively handling employee complaints, escalating these complaints to the level of disciplinary or legal action when necessary, updating employees with any changes in company policy, advising supervisors on treatment of staff and company policies, responds to employee violations of policy and generally helps to resolve conflict in the workplace.What is required...2+ years’ Human Resources experience in a corporate environmentKnowledge and understanding of Federal, State and Local employment/labor laws requiredProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, or similar certification, preferredProficient literacy with Microsoft Office SuiteWorking knowledge of HRIS, Payroll and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professional discretion.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources high preferredBenefitsCity Wide Facility Solutions
