Lead, Transition & Delivery

reporting to the

Senior Director, Global Business Services.

This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:

The Lead, Global Business Solutions (GBS) Transition and Delivery, is responsible for supporting the execution of GBS projects through transition implementation and stabilization. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders and will consult with individuals in various departments to gather, analyze, and report data for recommended courses of action. The Lead will be assigned GBS initiatives to manage (road map, project and transition plan, SLAs and KPIs, etc.) for GBS location needs including offshoring, nearshoring, outsourcing, transition of services, etc. The Lead will communicate project status updates to, and take direction and guidance from, the Sr. Manager GBS Transition and Delivery, and leadership team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage with department stakeholders across the organization to transition and execute on project scope and objectives.Own and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders across the enterprise to identify roadblocks, raising or solving, as appropriate.Manage the process flow for analysis and delivery of ONO and GBS requests.Ensure that all aspects of ONO and GBS initiatives are taken into consideration when planning the delivery of a project.Act as the liaison between stakeholders across the organization, GBS team, and external stakeholders, serving as the single point of contact for collecting and sharing requested information between parties.Inform and update key project stakeholders regarding the status of the project and bring to light any potential obstacles ahead.Provide the necessary data points and context to the ONO and GBS leadership team for direction and decision making.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.Manage timelines and financials to deliver projects on time and in budget.Proactively escalate issues/concerns to GBS management.Assist in the build of continuous improvement initiatives.Build and maintain a library of resources and GBS service delivery catalog.Track and report results against specific initiatives and programs and make recommendations on improvements in a timely and efficient manner.Summarize key data points, business decisions, and recommendations into executive summary presentations to facilitate decision making by Sr. HR LeadersQualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.5+ years of relevant experience; project management course completion / certification a plus.Strong track record for building and maintaining professional relationships and partnerships.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredMust be detail oriented to ensure accuracy in data and analysisAbility to work, interact, and communicate with external / internal customers at all levels with strong influencing skillsStrong judgement and decision-making skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Project manager with transformation and change management experience.Ability to work on projects independently and as part of a cross functional team.
