Position Summary:

The Business Manager works alongside HealthPoint's Senior Leadership Team and in partnership with strategic senior leadership to ensure the high functioning of the leadership governance system and processes that enable strategic planning, strategic decision making, business planning, and execution.

Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.

Your contribution to the team includes:

Responsible for managing and driving the business of the Senior Leadership Team including ensuring meetings, agendas, decisions, and communications are in alignment with strategy, and facilitating progress on strategic priorities, business planning, execution, and monitoring (managing the rhythm of the business).Build and support systems, processes, and templates for prioritizing, monitoring, and reporting on the business that facilitate a clear system of governance and enables high-level business decisions.Drive strategic planning activities and contribute valuable insight to SLT discussions as a non-voting member of the senior leadership team. 4. Partner with senior leaders to ensure that all SLT communications and presentations, including those at leadership retreats, all team meetings, management team meetings, etc., are aligned with strategy, well-prepared, and effectively executed.Support and cultivate a productive and supportive senior leadership culture.Partner with communications and other stakeholders to assure that there is connection and alignment across the organization as it relates to strategic priorities, making strategic use of weekly and monthly meetings and other touch points to shepherd consistent communications and efficient and effective decision making.Build and maintain relationships and knowledge to influence and advise on strategy management and strategic planning of decisions and content.Partner with HealthPoint's Business Analytics and Finance team (among others) to develop regular data reporting that supports leadership level strategy management. Synthesize information into business insights to inform business understanding and decision making.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leaders, and teams on highly strategic initiatives to enable organizational execution. May at the request of VP of Strategy or CEO engage in project management activities for specific and highly strategic initiatives.Work in partnership with SLT leadership coaches/consultants to ensure a healthy team culture, working with team's strengths and development areas.Conduct department operations using HealthPoint's LEAN Management System methodologies to identify waste, determine system improvements, and implement changes through a structured process.Maintain good attendance, is punctual and works full scheduled shift is a condition of employment.Demonstrate respectful, professional and appropriate behavior that supports a team-oriented work environment.Demonstrate a commitment to the mission, core values and goals of HealthPoint and its healthcare delivery including the ability to integrate values of justice, respect, compassion, excellence and stewardship into appropriate programs and services.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Attend staff meetings, in-service meetings and participate in agency committees and task force activities as required.Must have's you'll need to be successful :

Bachelor's degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of Enterprise level Program Management, Executive Leadership Coaching or Management, Organizational Strategic Planning or Business Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven ability to effectively navigate across organizational boundaries using various communication and modes and styles to meet the needs of the audience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write reports, complex papers, speeches, and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, clients, external groups, and/or board of directors.Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Work situations are vaguely defined, often unprecedented, and unique in character. Problems are very complex, abstract, conceptual, and long-term in nature. There is a continual requirement for strategic, innovative thought and synthesis or information as it pertains to work situations.If you know about the following it's a plus:

Advanced skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Intermediate Power BI skills and Smartsheet skills.Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 is required, prior to start.
