Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:Oversee a team of digital print prepress technicians and variable data programmers, ensuring effective workflows for both print and digital campaign production.Mentor and train team members on the latest software tools and best practices for document composition, print, email, and SMS production.Ensure timely project completion by managing resource allocation and workflow distribution.Omnichannel Programming (Quadient Inspire Focus):

Develop, design, and implement personalized communications using

Quadient Inspire

for print, mail, email, and SMS campaigns.Optimize document composition for digital printing workflows, ensuring high-quality output for customer communications, such as statements, billing notices, and direct mail.Perform prepress tasks including file preparation, color management, and imposition, ensuring print-ready files meet production standards.Data Processing for Print & Digital Campaigns:

Process customer data files, including mailing lists and digital marketing data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Manage data workflows for multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating data into print, mail, email, SMS, and other personalized communication channels.Utilize specialized software (e.g.,

Quadient Inspire, Solimar SPDE/Rubika ,

BCC Mail Manager ,

FirstLogic Data Quality IQ suite ) to automate and streamline data processing for both print and digital marketing.Programming & Workflow Automation:

Use programming skills in

Windows Batch Scripts, PowerShell Scripts , and

APIs

to develop and maintain communication workflows.Collaborate on the development and implementation of automated workflows for both prepress and data processing tasks.Ensure file compatibility and output optimization for digital printing, including generating high-resolution print files (PDF, AFP) and meeting postal requirements.Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of both print and digital campaigns.Coordinate project requirements and resolve complex file or data-related issues.Quality Control & Compliance:

Conduct thorough quality checks on prepress files and data sets to ensure layout accuracy, color consistency, and data integrity.Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations for consumer privacy, postal regulations, and CAN-SPAM for digital campaigns.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in management information systems, data science, graphic arts, or related field; or equivalent work experience.Minimum

5+ years of experience or 7+ years with associate's degree

in document composition and data processing for print, mail, and email, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, or a combination of related experience.Experience in Quadient Inspire, Solimar SPDE/Rubika

or similar CCM software desired, with hands-on experience in document composition for digital print and email production.Experience with prepress operations, postal regulations, and direct mail production.Programming skills in

Windows Batch and PowerShell scripts, C#/.Net

and experience with

APIs

for data integration are a plus.Ability to manage complex data sets and workflows in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Skills:

Experience with

Adobe Creative Suite

and other prepress graphic design tools.Knowledge of digital print production formats (PDF, AFP, HTML) and finishing techniques.Familiarity with

postal data management systems

and

NCOALink

processing.Experience with color correction and management a plus.

The salary range for the Manager of Programming position is $75,000-$95,000

Hybrid schedule (2 days work from home, 3 days on-site) may be optional after minimum of 3 months of on-site training
